Our residents’ health and happiness is at the heart of everything we do. Our residents do not live in our workplace, we work in their home.

The Role

Role: Nights

Hourly Rate: A competitive hourly rate dependent on experience and qualifications.

Hours: Full or Part time hours are available, working on a rota basis

Qualification: Opportunities to gain NVQ 2 and 3

Duties
  • Enabling residents to live their life to the full
  • Provide support and companionship in a stimulating and homely environment.
  • You will supporting our residents with day to day living (bathing, dressing and personal care) and promoting their life choices and wellbeing.
  • Contributing to the care planning process and administering medication

Experience

  • Working within a Care setting or care of a relative/friend
  • Demonstrating person centered care
  • Knowledge of Dementia/End of Life care
