Paula Lees
I became the manager at Summerdyne Nursing Home in 2018. I have spent the last 25 years working in the elderly care sector, and have seen many changes. I have always kept myself up to date with new ideas and guidelines. My ethos of care is that our residents feel like they are in their own homes, and that staff have been invited in to assist them.
