Duties
- Lead your shift with positivity and effectiveness,fostering a warm and supportive environment for both residents and colleagues Assessing and promoting the needs of our elderlyresidents to enable our residents to live their best life.
- Create and follow person centredcare plans to provide the holistic care needed.
- Embracegrowth and learning, continuously evolving to provide the best possible careand support to our residents.
- Monitor residents' care and wellbeingand administerprescribed medicines and document in accordance with company and regulatorypolicies.
- You will possess excellent knowledgeof person centred care and ensure respect and dignity is maintained at all times
Essential Criteria / Desirable Criteria

Knowledge
- Hold a valid NMC registration
- Evidence of personal and professional development since registration
- Be able to demonstrate how to enable resident’s to live their best lives

Abilities / Skills
- Ability to take responsibility to lead the shift
- Ability to build and maintain positive, professional working relationships
- Computer literate
Experience
- Drive and commitment to provide high quality care and exceed expectations
- Experience of Dementia/End of Life care
- Experience working with an electronic care planning system, preferably PCS
- Experience in the development and implementation of person centered care planning
