The Role
Role: Days
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Duties
- You will liaise regularly with the home manager to ensure a safe and high quality home for our residents.
- Carry out high quality repairs of fixtures, fittings and equipment where possible and advise the home manager of the need to call in external contractors.
- Painting and decorating the interior of the home
- You must be able to multitask in this busy working environment and be able to work on your own initiative.
- Training will be provided, to enable you to carry out PAT testing and some Health and Safety tests.
- Working in the grounds you will be grass cutting, hedge trimming and maintaining the mature borders.
- At all times you will be aware of safeguarding our vulnerable residents, be cheerful and compassionate by nature, reliable and trustworthy.

Experience
- Prior experience working in a similar position
- Experienced with PAT Testing (Training will be provided)
